How long will it take?
On average, we see orders being delivered usually within 4 to 11 business days. However on occasion orders may delivered as late as 20 business days depending if there are any customs issues.
What to Expect
If you have never placed an order with Rafacare before, your first order may be slightly delayed until we can verify your information. We do this to protect you against fraud and verify that the card being used to place the order is from the actual cardholder. Please know that once you have gone through our initial screening process, subsequent orders are usually much faster to process.

Customs & Country Regulations
Please know that we do try to adhere to each countries individual import policies. While we do our best to make sure that we don’t ship prohibited products into your country, it is up to you to double-check your countries import policies before ordering. Orders that are seized by your local customs can not be refunded.

Duties & Taxes
We currently ship via DHL Express with DDU (taxes and duties UNPAID). DHL may or may not charge duties and taxes. We do not collect taxes and duties during checkout and therefore you are responsible for paying these if you are required.

Incorrect Address / Returned Items
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. Please know that we work directly with our shippers to help resolve address issues when possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you’ve made an error in the shipping information on your order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees. Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be refunded for the full order cost minus any shipping charges. Unfortunately, unless the order is returned back to our warehouse in an undamaged and resalable condition, we can not issue a refund. Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Prohibited or Restricted Items
We, Rafacare will always do our best to follow the laws and regulations of all international governments. You agree that BEFORE ORDERING ANY PRODUCTS YOU WILL CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL HEALTH AUTHORITY AND CUSTOMS OFFICE TO ENSURE THAT THE PRODUCTS YOU ARE ORDERING CAN LEGALLY BE IMPORTED INTO YOUR COUNTRY. If an item is accidentally offered for sale that is prohibited in your local country, YOU AGREE TO NOT KNOWINGLY IMPORT THESE PRODUCTS INTO YOUR COUNTRY. You also agree to notify us if you discover any items that are being offered for sale that may be prohibited in your country. Occasionally a law or regulation may change without our notice and as such a product may be inadvertently shipped to a wrongful destination. You understand and agree that the items you are ordering may be prohibited in your country and maybe blocked at customs, returned to us, or even seized. In the event that a prohibited item does accidentally get shipped, you as the Importer of Record agree to be responsible and indemnify Rafacare from any results or liability of ordering any prohibited items.

Personal Use – Commercial Resale

All orders shipped MUST be for Personal Use only and should be limited to the amount allowed by your local laws and regulations. You MAY NOT import for commercial resale unless express written permission has been granted by Rafacare in advance. If such permission has been granted, your shipment will be sent with a commercial invoice and designated as a commercial shipment for customs clearance.
