Description:
As melatonin, Mason natural Melatonin is a consistently beneficial supplement for promoting healthy, deep sleep. Melatonin is a crucial component of the body’s natural sleep cycle, which is referred to as the circadian rhythm. Not only does it regulate the wake and sleep cycles, but it also regulates other physiological functions like blood pressure. Digestion and brainwave states are also affected. Melatonin is also emitted by the pineal gland, a tiny gland located at the base of the brain that produces it by converting serotonin.
Furthermore, serotonin is produced by converting the amino acid tryptophan, which is frequently lacking in the diet. Cortisol, the principal stress hormone, suppresses the generation and absorption of melatonin, resulting in restless sleep and insomnia. Melatonin supplements are frequently required since they may aid in the support of deep, natural sleep and a regular circadian rhythm cycle.
